Live and Grow with Love
Sometimes I wonder, what is love
Is it always that wonderland we dream of
Touch of a kiss, upon one's lips
Vows of a lifetime, despite hardships
Through rain and shine, hand in hand
Crossing oceans and hot desert sands
Watching that seed grow, with care and love
Forever entwined, two celestial doves
Walking through unforseen pain and hurt
Whispers of sweet sorries no comfort
Slowly by and by, two loving hearts drift
Forsaken at last, God's greatest gift
Hearing rain of grief fall, years later
Memories invoked, tears bitter
Crying through sleepless lonely nights
But who's to blame, for one's grievous plight
Twas one who chose to let it go
And drown oneself in deep sorrow
No pain no gain, as the saying goes
Without hurt, how can one grow
So live and grow with the wave of love
Though it may not be that wonderland we dream of
Learn to give; learn to take
Unto aging years; till eternity breaks
