When the years passed I never thought we would get here,
The road was rocky at first but over it all
We've overcome.
I saw us lasting longer, but as a huge fork in the road came,
I had to choose over you. I was losing you,
Just little by little, you were slipping away
And I could never think of anything to say
If I never said it enough, i'll say it now
I love you.
If I never showed you how much,
I'm sorry but I care for you more then anything.
I never gave up on you until this point.
Even if it ran threw my mind a few times.
But you don't even know how you made me feel.
If you didn't know, I still get butterflies,
Just by hearing your name.
If you didn't hear, my heart is calling for you,
Now more then ever.
I am saddened that your gone.
Just no one can replace you,
Forever you will be mine,
And no matter what,
I know you will always be here,
In my heart and in my mind.
I wish you could come back,
You were my best-friend,
Even though I never once called you that.
Out of all the names,
Buddy, lover, and other half
Nothing fit you best.
The only thing that made me happy,
Was knowing that you were mine.
